Nailed, the new indie film from notoriously hot-headed director David O. Russell (Three Kings, I Heart Huckabees), has had to shut down production for a third time. The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees have forced the work stoppage on the the Jessica Biel and Jake Gyllenhaal flick by pulling union members because Capitol Films wasn't able to pay them.
