Rushmore(Film,1998)

The critics were falling over themselves to praise this quirky drama that features a stunning performance from newcomer Jason Schwartzman as Max Fischer. Max is his school's brainiest kid by a long way, but he's also the most difficult - and when he falls for one of his teachers, it spells trouble. Bill Murray co-stars as a parent who initially provides solace and then competition for our lovelorn hero.
