Soused mackerel with red peppers is the Glaswegian starter, complimented by grilled chicken with braised pearl barley. After serving lunch at a shipyard and an eventful Burns Night, Gary discovers Glasgow's favourite dish seems to be curry, and ends the programme on a high with home-made ice cream produced on the ski slopes of Aviemore.
